Who We’re Looking For:
Front Office SuperstarsDo you have a positive, can-do attitude and an eye for detail? We’re seeking administrative team members who:

Exude warmth and create a 5-star experience for every patient
Provide impeccable internal and external customer service, making each interaction memorable
Excel in scheduling for maximum efficiency and productivity
Are pros at patient follow-ups, case presentations, and coordinating third-party financing to help patients access the care they need
Are familiar with Carestack software (experience a plus!)

Clinical RockstarsAre you an experienced dental assistant with top-notch chairside and beyond-the-chair skills? Here’s what we need:

Chairside expertise coupled with lab case management
Ability to order and organize equipment and supplies, ensuring our practice runs smoothly
Leadership in organizing staffing coverage and managing vendor relations
Most importantly, a true commitment to delivering compassionate, excellent care to our patients

Must-Haves:
