We are seeking an experienced dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Position Overview:As a front desk receptionist, you will be greeting patients and families with warmth and enthusiasm. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, from managing appointments and phone calls to handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet patients and families as they arrive
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling needs.
Collect copayments and create and present financial arrangements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.
Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 1 years of dental experience at the front desk.
Proficiency in Dentrix software is preferred, but not required
Passion for working with children and families.

Hours:

Weekday 8 hour shifts and alternating Saturdays from 8 AM- 3 PM.
A day off is given during the week when working a Saturday.
