Job Description

Our fast growing, privately owned kids dentistry office is looking for kind and motivated assistants who have previous experience working with kids in other dental offices. We want applicants who are enthusiastic about working in a fun, welcoming environment for our patients and their families. Clinic hours are 8AM-5PM (Mon-Thur) and 8AM-12PM (Fridays). An RDA is required for this position with prophy/coronal polishing certification.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Setting up exam rooms for treatment and cleanings
Helping to make patients and families feel comfortable in office and with dental cleanings and procedures
Assisting the dentist during treatment
Performing coronal polishing
Breaking down exam rooms after treatment and cleanings
Typing notes regarding dental visits
Sterilizing instruments in according to regulations and in office policies
Providing patients and families with oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Educating patients and their families on proper oral hygiene

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
