Job SummaryWe are seeking2 experienced Dental assistants to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical team, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Oversee and lead the clinical team in daily operations- Coordinate patient scheduling and manage patient flow- Assist orthodontists during procedures with a focus on aseptic technique and infection control- Maintain and organize clinical supplies and equipment- Train and mentor clinical staff on best practices and protocols- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to clinical operations- Collaborate with the administrative team to optimize patient experience
Qualifications- Certified Dental Assistant with experience- Proficiency in Open Dental- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, infection control, and general dentistry procedures- Previous experience in assisting with endodontics, pediatric dentistry, or general dentistry- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment- Leadership experience or potential to lead a clinical team effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
