Job Description
This position is a great opportunity for a newer Dr who wants to grow as a dentist. This is a Dr owned office in downtown PHX. I am starting a program to train ambitious dentists to become complete dentists. You will be trained to do the following:
Molar RCT
Implant Placement and restoration
Aligner orthodontics
Surgical Partial boney extractions
Bone grafting
High level diagnosis
Increased case acceptance
Occlusion
Laser
and More
This training will consist of one-on-one mentorship by me and high-quality hands on and online CE, which will all be paid for by the office.
Your schedule will consist of 3, 12-hour shifts on an alternating schedule.
Payment will consist of a guarantee of $1,000 per day or a production-based pay on a sliding scale from 28% to 32% of adjusted production.
This position will require significant time and commitment so a 2-year commitment is required, but it can hopefully transition into an ownership position in the practice.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
Schedule:
12 hour shift
Weekends as needed
