General Assistant
We are seeking a new support team member ASAP to join our general dental practice three days /week. Dental experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person! Our practice is located in East Austin and was established in 2016.

We are excited to add a new team member to our team. Priority will be given to applicants that can demonstrate ability to navigate dental software (inputting exam info and treatment) as well as bringing enthusiasm and good energy to our team! There is significant training for this position as it is so specific to our practice guidelines and flow, and we are requesting applicants who are interested in a long term permanent position only. Please factor in office hours and potential daily commute when applying.
Hours:
Monday/Wednesday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday/Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duties: ** Willing to train!
Patient screening and intake
Dental radiographs with NOMAD unit
Proper Knowledge of General Dentistry
Properly sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Entering Treatment as needed
Flipping rooms: sterilization and re-supplying before/after each patient
Organizing and restocking treatment areas and general practice
Assist clinical staff as requested
Flexible with responsibilities and duties
Qualifications
Self-motivated and positive attitude
Ability to learn and adapt
Dependable for long term position
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week
