Job Description
We are a growing private practice in Livermore seeking a skilled Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our wonderful team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist with procedures and perform administrative tasks in a dental office setting.
Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms for patient care
Take radiographs (x-rays) as directed
Assist dentists during procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
Sterilize and disinfect instruments
Maintain organization of back office
Qualifications
At least 2 years of dental assisting experience
X-rays Certification
Coronal Polishing Certification
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Eaglesoft software is preferred but not required
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
