Hours vary by week:
Monday: 8:30AM-5PM, Tuesday: 8:30AM-5PM, Wednesday: 8AM-5PM, Thursday: 1PM-5:30PM (Fridays off!)
One Saturday a month (8:30AM-1:00PM)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the orthodontist in providing top-quality care, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, answer patient questions and miantain a fun work enviornment.
Prepare patients for orthodontic procedures and treatments.
Assist Dr. Nguyen during procedures with both braces and Invisalign
Take photographs, Pano/Ceph X-rays and digital iTero scans.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Record patient information and chart updates in the system.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Previous experience in orthodontics is a plus, but willing to train the right person.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with dental software and technology (OrthoTrac is a plus!).

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
