Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic On-Site Office Managers to join our growing team for our following locations: South Gaston Pediatric Dentistry , and Belmont Pediatric Dentistry. As an integral part of our practice leadership, you will oversee the daily operations of one of our pediatric dental offices, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
ââ Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the practice.
ââ Supervise, mentor, and support office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and hygienists.
ââ Collaborate with department managers to ensure cohesive and productive workflows.
ââ Maintain knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices to assist staff and patients effectively.
ââ Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
ââ Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely orders and maintenance.
ââ Manage scheduling, billing, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
ââ Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
ââ Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional office culture that aligns with our mission and values.

ââ Technology Proficiency: Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems as needed.

Qualifications:
ââ Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
ââ Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting. (preferred)
ââ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
ââ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
ââ Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
ââ In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
