OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental office operations and insurance policies, ensuring that all patient records are accurately maintained and compliant with industry regulations. This role is essential in supporting the smooth functioning of our dental practice, enhancing patient care through efficient administrative processes.
Duties

Maintain and update dental records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Verify insurance information and manage claims processing for dental procedures.
Assist in the preparation of patient charts and ensure all necessary documentation is complete prior to appointments.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket expenses.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal care delivery

Strong understanding of dental terminology relevant to dental practices.
Experience in dental coding and knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards.
Ability to navigate insurance verification processes within a dental office setting.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF DENTAL FRONT OFFICE/INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
