Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing patient care processes, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, as well as proficiency in relevant software systems. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans, verifying insurance coverage, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience.
Dental Treatment Coordinator experience is required to be considered for this position.
Competitive pay starts at $20+ depedning on experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers and patients to ensure clarity and understanding of procedures.
Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients, ensuring accurate information is communicated.
Maintain accurate patient records
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with patients, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and financial responsibilities related to their care.
Assist in the management of clinic operations by supporting administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in dental terminology is essential.
Experience with insurance verification processes is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
