SmileArts Dental, a privately owned and patient focused practice, is looking to add an amazing treatment planner to the team! SmileArts Dental is a modern, paperless practice utilizing the latest in technology giving our patients the absolute best in dental care. This full-time position is located in Yukon, Monday through Friday, and never any weekends! Required Skill Set

Thorough understanding of dentistry, 2+ years of experience mandatory.
Dental Treatment Planning expertise is required.
Insurance billing experience, sequencing of treatment, etc.
Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and dutiful
Must be a team-oriented individual, fast learner, and adaptive.
Adhere to all office policy and procedure.
Most of all, an excited outgoing personality who understands the demands of excellent customer service.
High emotional IQ

Responsibilities Include

Create comprehensive treatment plans based on the doctor's diagnosis with accurate reflection of cost to patient
Regular patient consultations discussing doctors prescribed treatment.
Liaison between insurance carriers, patients and staff to resolve any financial hesitations.
Assists designated team members with insurance and treatment planning processes.
Insurance verification
Treatment Plan accuracy in regards to maximizing benefits plus providing adequate care.
Advanced phone skill set.
Appointment maintenance and scheduling.
Other duties as required.

Compensation

Negotiable hourly position dependent on experience, education, and skill set. SmileArts Dental is very competitive in the dental industry in terms of total package compensation.
