Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated dental assistant with good people skills to join our team and help take care of our patients. We are an office that takes care of all ages and performs almost all dental procedures. Spanish is a big plus since we take care of several Spanish speaking patients.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat patients
Update meds and take blood pressure reading
Take radiographs and photos, charting and use of intraoral scanner as needed
Make alginate impressions and pour models
Fabricate trays, guards, etc
Assist dentist in dental procedures
Clean and sterilize room and instruments
Update treatment plans and assist patients
Skills
Bilingual
Nitrous oxide certification
Proven work experience as an assistant
Orthodontics is a plus!
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
