Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, perform administrative tasks, and ensure excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.- Set up and sterilize instruments and equipment.- Take and develop dental x-rays.- Prepare and maintain dental materials, instruments, and equipment.- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.- Ensure the dental office is clean and organized at all times.- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications:- ANY prior RDA experience is highly preferred- Dental Assistant license as required by state- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills- Excellent verbal skills
