Full-Time General Dentist for Busy Practice in Westbrook, CT
$10K Signing Bonus plus mentorship, career development and partnership/equity opportunity!
We are looking for a dentist who has completed a GPR/AEGD or has at least a year of practice experience to work full-time (4 days a week) in our well-established, comfortable, family-oriented practice. The office, located in a standalone building on a main road, boasts six operatories, is updated, uses the latest digital clinical and practice management technology, and has an excellent clinical and support team. Our insurance-based practice (no Medicaid) has a large active patient base and attracts new patients each month. With a focus on growth, we are eager to add another dentist to our team.
Compensation/Benefits/Partnership
Collections-based salary with guaranteed $150,000+ minimum annual compensation for one year after joining the practice. After just two years, there is the potential for .
