We are a referral based Surgical and Implant Center run by Dr. Erik Solberg, Board Certified by the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. The Practice is fully concentrated on dental surgery and dental implants, with patients coming both directly from the community and from local general dental practices on a referral basis.
The practice prides itself on a patient first mentality, with everything we do directed at positive patient experiences and the highest level of clinical care, in an ethical fashion; We strive to ensure all care is truly necessary and in the patient’s best interest.
Job Description
As the Practice Administrator, you would provide managerial and administrative support to the practice. Help grow the practice by maintaining and advancing referral relationships with local practices and the community and managing direct to the community marketing efforts. Act as a key member of the treatment planning and patient education process and follow up with patients after consultations and clinical care.
Job Duties
Management of referral relationships and growth of the practice:
- Support growth of the practice through requests for reviews and ensuring positive patient experience. Engagement with marketing efforts on a project-by-project basis. Act as a key point of contact for the Marketing Agency we are working with (Activated Growth)
- Coordination, organization and purchase of gifts and referral materials
- Dropping off referral pads and seasonal gifts
- Coordination of evening CE events and study clubs (about 4 a year planned)
Patient Education:
- Act as a key team member in treatment planning discussions in the operatory by helping patients understand the implant process, educating them on questions and helping to strengthen the relationship by communicating the teams’ processes and protocols.
Financial Work:
- Financial Arrangements, collection of payment, submission of insurance information
- Treatment Planning and follow up with patients after consultation appointments
Phone Work:
- Scheduling of appointments
- Post Operative Well Being Phone Calls to check on patients
- Communication with Referral Offices and Laboratories
Qualifications:
- Experience in Dental insurance and claims management
- Experience in Sales or Patient Interactions
- Current Dental Assisting License and interest in clinical assisting a positive
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
