Ensure excellent patient care in all aspects.
Treatment Coordination
Scheduling to maximize clinicianââ¬â¢s time
Human resources responsibilities including working with the HR dept. during hiring, reviews and team building. Review employee timesheets for accuracy.

Training ââ¬â Coaching team directly and developing materials to facilitate mastering practice standards and protocols.

Highly Proficient in Computer Technologies, including Microsoft Office, Dental Practice Management Software (Dentrix Ascend) and other Online Platforms.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as an office manager in a dental office. In addition, must have a strong ability to use computers, dental practice management software (Dentrix Ascend experience most favorable), related web based marketing and patient recall programs.
