Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
Verify insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring accurate information is communicated to patients.
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, including treatment plans and patient records.
Utilize dental terminology effectively to explain procedures and treatment options to patients.
Maintain organized patient files, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily accessible.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
Assist in coordinating treatment plans with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office is preferred.
Familiarity with CDT coding is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff alike.
