Meet the Office:
Our Private Practice in Goshen, IN, is seeking a full-time dental patient coordinator to join our team. Our team is proud to provide top quality dentistry to our community by providing services such as preventative, cosmetic, restorative, veneers, extractions, and more! We hope the next addition to our team brings a positive attitude, is proactive, has leadership skills and a genuine care for their patients. Our staff gets along very well and truly works as a team to help each other. We have a wonderful, drama free office environment! We are so excited to be adding a new patient coordinator to our amazing dental team!
What we are looking for:

Is outgoing and personable
Is very organized
Is well-spoken and confident
Has 1+ years of dental experience

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Manage patient communication
Be a liaison between patients and the billing department
Support the clinical team
Handle patient issues and concerns
Administrative tasks

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 8:15am - 4:00pm
Occasional Fridays

Compensation Package

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr (negotiable, based on experience)
PTO, Paid Holidays
IRA w/ 3% match
