Dental Front Desk Receptionist
Our practice, Stony Brook Dental Group, is looking to bring on a Front Desk Receptionist to support our amazing team! In addition to greeting our patients when they enter the practice, this role includes scheduling, collecting payments at the date of service, checking insurance eligibility, answering questions, and some treatment planning. As an extension of the Office Manager, you are a key participant in creating an all-inclusive, patient-focused collaborative culture within our practice.
Schedule: Full time 5 days a week. (M-F) and 2 Saturday shifts per month.
Qualifications:
One year of dental reception experience
Versed in dental terminology and procedures
Maintains a positive, collaborative, and supportive disposition with team and patients
Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 34 per week
