About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dentist to join our team at KCHC. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Your main end result will be to ensure that our patients receive the best possible dental treatment and care, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license
Proven experience as a practicing dentist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Specialization in a specific area of dentistry, such as orthodontics or periodontics
Experience with electronic dental records and digital radiography
Experience managing and supervising dental staff
Responsibilities:
Performing dental procedures such as dental surgery, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, and teeth whitening
Diagnosing and treating oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures
Developing treatment plans and discussing them with patients to ensure their understanding and agreement
Managing and supervising dental staff, including dental hygienists and assistants
Maintaining accurate and complete patient records and keeping up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and techniques
Skills:
As a Dentist, you will use your expertise in dental surgery, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, and teeth whitening to provide high-quality dental care to our patients. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure their understanding and agreement. Additionally, you will use your ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage and supervise dental staff, maintain accurate and complete patient records, and keep up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and techniques.
