We are looking for several Business/Treatment coordinators to join our amazing team! We are a large family that provides outstanding care and compassion to all of our little patient’s and parents! If you have experience in dentistry, customer service, sales and marketing please send us your resume!
Our practice is a technology-based office with only the very best for our patients and staff! The office is organized, paperless, and detailed oriented! We are currently using Curve Hero for our dental software and additional technologies throughout the office.

Responsibilities include but are limited to:

Helping keep smiles healthy for life by thoroughly explaining treatment plans and insurance benefits, and further discussing financial obligations
Answering phones, scheduling patients for various procedures all while following protocols for Perfect Day scheduling, contacting insurances to collect breakdown of benefits
We are looking for experience in dentistry so that the transition into this role is seamless and rewarding.
