Job Description

Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the dental office's phone system- Verify and update patient information in the electronic health record system- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
Qualifications:- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred- Proficient in using phone systems and electronic health record systems- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Ability to work well in a team environment- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus but not needed
