At Limestone Dentistry we are a family owned practice in Jeffersonville, Indiana with no corporate influence. We are looking for a dental assistant that fits well with our team and promotes a cohesive work environment. We would absolutely love to hire an experienced dental assistant/EDDA – however we believe finding the right fit of employee takes priority over experience. We are willing to invest time and training into a kind, motivated, reliable individual that wishes to grow a genuine rapport with patients.
Our small team helps one another with room setup, sterilization, patient coordination and miscellaneous tasks. We are all different in our own ways, but truly care for one another. This is an accomplishment we wish to extend to another dental assistant.
A little about us: In September we moved our office from a small three operatory location to a six operatory location. Thus, this position is to grow our growing practice. Our patient hours are Monday-Thursday 9AM-5:00PM with a one hour lunch. We ask staff to be clocked in around 8:20AM to help with morning setups. We have a breakfast huddle every morning to discuss our day as a team. Once a month, (during patient hours) we have a paid staff meeting (lunch included!) to review recent events, take group continuing education and/or give staff time to catch up on items.

Pay: $16.00-$28.00 pay is determined by individual expertise and experience

Preferred Qualifications:Indiana state radiology certification
CPR CertificationEDDA Certification
Proficient in Alginate Impressions and pouring stone models
Proficient in acquiring FMX and intraoral photos
Proficient in hard tissue charting–Open Dental Software
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
