Dental Line is a patient-centered general dental practice located in the heart of Encino, California. We are a busy office dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients, focusing on PPO Insurances and FFS. With a supportive and experienced team, we prioritize delivering a personalized and seamless experience for every patient.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Associate to join our team 1-2 days per week. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to provide top-quality general dentistry services in a well-established practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental exams and create personalized treatment plans.
Provide a variety of general dentistry services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment follow-ups.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient care.
Maintain accurate, thorough patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Stay current with the latest dental techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Valid California dental license and malpractice insurance.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in dental practice management software; Open Dental experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient-first approach with high attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
