We pride ourselves on a welcoming, professional environment supported by a highly experienced team. We handle the administrative duties, so you can focus solely on delivering exceptional dental care.
Position Details:

Full-Time Schedule: Includes Fridays, with a focus on patient care and expanding hours when the owner is away.


Weekend Emergencies: The associate will manage most weekend emergencies.


Compensation: 30% of net production.


Growth Potential: Strong possibility for future practice ownership based on performance.


Support: An experienced staff to assist and a thriving patient base ready for you.

What We’re Looking For:

Dentists with at least 3 years of consistent work history and a proven record of longevity with prior employer. We are seeking candidates who prioritize building long-term relationships with both patients and our practice.


Active California Dental License.


At least 1 year of experience or completion of AEGD.


Proficiency in delivering high-quality dental care.


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Spanish-speaking ability is a bonus but not required.

Pay: $225,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Weekends as needed
