Hello! I'm Dr. Pedro Albisu, our current insurance staff will be transferred to our other new office closer to her home and thus we are looking for an experienced new hire to replace her! We're looking for a front desk professional who is eager to learn our systems and possesses outstanding customer service skills.

Position Details

Location: Seminole Shores Dental Care
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 am-5pm
Every other Tuesday (twice a month) 10-7

Key Responsibilities

Work with insurance, Verify, Pre-determination's, etc.
Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression
Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling
Handle phone calls and correspondence professionally
Maintain organized patient files and ensure regulatory compliance
Assist with various clerical duties
Utilize Open Dental Software for patient management
