Our startup practice is actively seeking a friendly, caring, reliable, and professional individual who values productive work, independence and harmonious relationships with peers.
Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:
· Minimal of 2 years dental experience
· Prefer to be bilingual: Spanish is a plus
· Have a good understanding of PPO dental insurance: breakdowns, claims, pre-authorizations
· Properly presents treatment plans and confidently collects payments
· Understands productive scheduling
· Possess necessary phone skills to address patient inquiries over the phone
· Willing to learn a new practice management software
· Excellent customer service
· Good oral and written communication skills—can draft emails and letters
· Willing to learn some back office duties like turning over rooms or sterilizing instruments
Full time position: with a benefit package.Salary: $22-24/hour
Approximately 32 hours a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Friday and some Saturdays as needed)
