OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling treatment needs, verifying insurance plans.
Maintain an organized filing system for office documents and client records.
Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
Previous experience in front office duties (Dental) .
Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse patients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
