Currently, all specialty procedures are referred out, making this a fantastic opportunity for a skilled dentist to take on a wide range of specialty cases from day one. For the right candidate, we are open to exploring flexible buy-in structures and competitive compensation packages.



This role is perfect for a dentist with experience or interest in implant placements, endodontics, and Invisalign/clear aligners. To support this, the practice has allocated funds for new technology investments upon your start, allowing you to begin treating specialty cases right out of the gate. Key Responsibilities:


Deliver a full range of dental services, including diagnostics, restorative, and preventive treatments.
Take on specialty procedures such as implants, endodontics, and clear aligners for all in-practice referrals.
Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences.
Uphold the practice’s commitment to high clinical standards and patient-centered care.
Stay updated on modern dental technologies and incorporate them into patient treatments.


Requirements:


Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Licensing: Active dental license and DEA registration in Arkansas.
Experience: Skilled in restorative procedures; experience with implants, endodontics, or clear aligners is highly desirable.
Technology: Familiarity with modern dental technology and a willingness to grow technically as new tools are acquired.
Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Russellville, AR before starting.
