Requirements:
Must have 3-5 years of recent and relevant experience working in the Dental field, preferably management
3 years of experience with dental treatment coordination
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with team and patients
Must have experience and excel in dental insurance PPO plans (indemnity/ PPO/medicare)
Excel in all aspects of Dental Front Office including but not limited to: scheduling, answering calls, insurance breakdowns, electronic billing of claims, statements & posting payments, A/R, Treatment Planning, Recall, Pulling reports, etc.
Proficient in Dentrix, computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
Be a team player, motivator, supporter with a positive attitude
Be driven, ambitious, motivated and passionate about dentistry.
Excellent, organizational skills, time management, Self Motivated, ability to prioritize & works efficiently, attention to detail, and comfortable working independently & with team
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar and punctuation
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and managing dental business operations to ensure excellent patient support services.
Answer calls, schedule appointments, explain treatment plans to patients
Ensure that patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled property
Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries
Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients
Respond to patient queries and issues and ensure patient satisfaction
Resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standards
Assist in overseeing daily office activities and provide direction and guidance to staff as needed
Organize and present payment schedules with patients
Submit electronic claims/pre-auths/attachments
Post insurance payments & adjustments with accuracy
Post patient payments with accuracy
Enter Insurance benefit information accurately (including payment table separation, notes, etc.)
Understanding of referral process
Assisting in Training, development and managing staff to meet performance standards
Assist in employee performance evaluation, promotion, termination, and retention activities
Assist in Identifying areas of improvements and concerns and implement appropriate corrective actions
Assist in Overseeing staff scheduling as to ensure full coverage
Assist in Organizing and overseeing supply purchases at the best price
Run and analyze management reports
Maintain patient data according to regulations and company policies
Ensure that records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy and security regulations
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations
Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the dental office
All other duties as assigned

Monday-Wednesday 7:40am - 5:15pm
Thursday 7:40am - 3:00pm
32-38 hours weekly
4 day work-week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 ââ¬â 38 per week
