We are looking for someone that is self-driven, outgoing, enjoys getting to know their patients and work together with team members. We are wanting someone that loves to learn to latest technologies and understands the fundamentals and basic principles of oral hygiene. Each of out hygienists have a single column they are responsible for each day. They are able to self-audit their schedule, ensure correct documentation, perio charting, radiographs are taken when prescribed. We work together to co-diagnose and educate patients about their oral health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Prophys, Perio Maintenance, SRPs and assist with procedures as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Perform dental charting and maintain patient records
- Take dental x-rays, Pano, CBCT (all digital)
- Administer fluoride treatments, apply sealants and administer N2O as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Understand treatment planning and aid in pre-diagnosing
- Run sterile as needed to ensure prepared for patients
Pay: $45+, DOE. plus benefits (401k, paid hollidays, paid sick leave)
