We are seeking an upbeat friendly receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in dental office administration and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and manage incoming calls- Schedule patient appointments efficiently- Verify insurance information and process payments- Maintain patient records accurately- Assist with billing and coding procedures- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations- Handle administrative tasks to support the dental office operations
Skills:The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills:- Experience in dental reception or related medical receptionist roles- Proficiency in medical terminology and dental procedures- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Familiarity with medical scheduling software- Ability to work effectively at the front desk of a busy dental practice
