Job Description:
RCM Business Services is seeking a full time Experienced Dental Biller. Requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, ability to follow through and strong critical thinking skills.
Job Duties:
Charge posting
Payment posting
AR follow-up including appeals
Denial management
Resolve patient account inquiries
Qualifications:
CPC/CPC-A preferred.
Dentrix experience preferred.
Athena experience preferred.
FQHC experience preferred.
Associate Degree in healthcare related field preferred.
2+ years of insurance billing preferred.
Knowledge of full revenue cycle.
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS codes.
Strong decision-making and organizational skills; with excellent verbal and written communications.
Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) skills.
