East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician for our thriving Dental practice at 19 Broadway in Newport, RI. Become part of our dental team and that provides excellent and comprehensive care with a focus on safety, quality, service and patient satisfaction. The successful candidate will perform prescribed methods of disinfecting examination rooms, specialty rooms, and dental equipment as articulated in EBCAP’s and OSHA’s Infection Control policies, procedures, and protocols, to minimize the spread of infectious disease. She/he will organize, restock, and set up treatment rooms (operatories), dental laboratory, sterilization areas and X-ray equipment throughout the day, based on provider and patient needs. The position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma/equivalent. This position is Monday through Friday, however, will work one evening. Bilingual (Spanish), is preferred, however, not required.
