Job Description

Daily Responsibilities:
Preparing patients for dental procedures. Anticipating what the doctor may need.
Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures. Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary.
Providing great patient care.
Recording treatment information in patient records.
Taking dental x-rays and caring for dental x-ray equipment.
Collecting and recording medical and dental histories and patient vital signs.
Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist. Caring for dental equipment.
Using our CEREC Primescan for scan patients for crowns/ bridges/ implants/ clear aligners/ veneers.
Using our CEREC PrimeMill for milling crowns, veneers and some bridges.
Using our 3D printer for printing temps/ guides/ retainers/ clear aligners.
End of day responsibilities for making sure all operatories are ready for the next day.
Dental Assistant Requirements:
Certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assistance program.
Dental x-ray certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Consistently professional appearance and attitude.
Able to provide great patient care.
Tuesday- Friday and every other Saturday.
