Job Description

Responsibilities:- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans- Provide dental care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics- Use medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure aseptic technique is followed- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record systems such as Eaglesoft or Epic- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive patient care- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental technology and techniques
Qualifications:- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school- Valid state dental license and current CPR certification- Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic technique- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Eaglesoft or Epic- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients about oral health
