We are a fast growing, privately owned dental office in North Central Phoenix, seeking a talented & enthusiastic dental insurance coordinator to join us in a great deal of fun. We are making a difference in our community by providing healthy confident smiles. Helping people keep their teeth for life!
Insurance coordinator expected for busy practice to verify patient benefits, calculate expected insurance payments , determine patient copays, file insurance claims and collect payments from patients. Candidate must be a good communicator willing to explain benefits and handle any insurance disputes. Must also be willing to learn practice software Dentrix, keep patient benefits updated, generate aging reports and follow up on claims .
In addition, the person representing the practice as an insurance coordinator should practice excellent customer service skills and professionalism while working with our patients and their insurance companies.
Experience and education:

minimum high school diploma
Accurate typing at 50 words per minute
One-year minimum office experience
