Are you a dental whiz with a knack for making people smile? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for stellar customer service? If so, Once Upon a Tooth, a brand new pediatric dental practice, wants YOU!
We're seeking a superstar Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our awesome team and create a magical (and stress-free!) dental experience for every child.
Here's the Gig:

Be the welcoming face for our patients, greeting families, answering phones, and scheduling appointments to keep our office running smoothly.
Assist our dentists chairside, prepping rooms, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring a positive experience for our young adventurers. (Think high fives, not high tech!)
You'll wear many hats, so excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask are a must.

Bonus Points if You:

Have experience working with children (or just have a big heart for them!)
Are a whiz with dental software (Open Dental is our jam!)
Have knowledge of general dentistry procedures and medical/insurance terminologies.
Enjoy clear communication and explaining dental procedures in a kid-friendly way.
Are growth minded and love to learn. We believe that continual improvement and humility are two of the most important values you can bring to the table.
