Job Description
The Dental Specialist and Implant Clinic of Iowa is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. This position primarily supports our Endodontics Clinic while serving as a float for the Oral Surgery and Periodontics Clinics, contributing to our collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to dental care. As a vital member of our patient care team, you will play a significant role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent multitasking abilities. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication are crucial for success in this role. Applicants must hold valid Dental Assistant and Radiology certifications to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend to individual patient concerns and ensure a positive experience.
Prepare patients for procedures and assist the dentist or hygienist.
Review and maintain patient health history and medical records accurately.
Support sterilization area for both clinics.
Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and Dental Board regulations and policies.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
