Job Description
Our Oral Surgery practice is seeking an energetic full-time Medical Receptionist Dental Assistant Trainee. Must be a motivated self-starter with a patient centered focus. Responsibilities include Greeting check in, check out, taking payments, making appointments, preparing for the next day's surgery patients, assist with confirmation calls, booking surgeries, sending thank you notes, scanning, faxing, emailing, calling for Pano and referrals, maintaining a clean and organized waiting area, answering a high volume of phone calls on a multiline system, and general front desk responsibilities. Must be reliable and dependable. Dental Assistant duties will include scrubbing equipment, monitoring patient vitals, assisting in surgery, pulling meds, prescribing meds, sanitizing rooms, medical charting as well as other duties required by the practice. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 am-5pm. This role is a traveling role, and work may be required at either of our practice locations at any given time. Flexibility is a must and reliability is paramount.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
