Job Description
If you're looking for a busy, family practice where quality is emphasized over quantity, please consider working with us! This office is busting at the seams with crown and bridge work, removeables, implants and extractions.
We have an amazing full-time associate (Dr. Judith Wheeler), but are looking to add a 2nd part-time or full-time associate dentist to work with her.
An experienced dentist could easily produce $5,000-$10,000 per day without having to "sell" treatment. If you can build rapport and communicate well with patients, and deliver high-quality dentistry on top of that, this office could provide a full, productive schedule 4 days per week.
We are a team-driven practice. We empower our team members to promote oral health and well-being and build long-lasting relationships with our patients. We believe in being transparent with treatment recommendations by using digital xrays and intra-oral cameras to demonstrate the recommended work that needs to be completed. Our ideal associate must be a team player, have a positive attitude, be able to multi-task well, and has a few years of private practice experience. Our ideal candidate is also outgoing, energetic, and willing to go the extra mile.
We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience, paid training and CE, and holiday pay. The position is for 4 days/per week. Must also possess a valid dental license. There is also an option for partnership/buy-in down the road.
We have quarterly team-appreciation events and office outings, and also offer free dental work to employees and direct family members, and health insurance through Medical Mutual.
