Family Medical Center of Michigan, Inc. has an excellent full time opportunity for a Family Dentist in our established Federally Qualified Health Center in Temperance, Michigan.

Ideal candidate will know all phases of dentistry, and have the desire to work in a comfortable new center with a great team environment providing needed dental services to the community.

Responsibilities- Provide general dentistry services such as dental cleanings, fillings, and extractions.- Conduct patient assessments and create treatment plans based on individual needs.- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. (knowledge of Dentrix a plus)
Qualifications
· Must have License to practice dentistry in the State of Michigan
· Active DEA
· Community Health experience preferred
· Bi-lingual a plus
