We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Orthodontic Dental Assistant/Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
Job Description: As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our orthodontic practice. You will assist the orthodontist during procedures, provide excellent patient care, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting the orthodontist during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment.
Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays).
Ensuring patients are comfortable and providing support throughout their visit.
Educating patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care instructions.
Managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
Performing routine laboratory tasks, including pouring and trimming models.
Maintaining a clean and sterile environment in the dental office.
Collaborating with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

As a Social Media Manager
Create and manage engaging social media content across various platforms- Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices- Analyze social media insights to guide future strategies- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools
Qualifications:

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent certification preferred.
Prior experience as an orthodontic dental assistant.
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and radiographic techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in using dental software and computer systems.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Experience with social media analytics tools- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
