Job SummaryWe are a leading DSO of New England with multiple offices throughout MA. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a commitment to patient education, preventive care, and the ability to perform a variety of dental procedures in a professional and efficient manner. Experience in pediatrics is a plus, as our practice serves a diverse patient population.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Proficient in using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and systems relevant to dentistry
- Strong patient assessment skills, including taking vital signs and conducting medical imaging when necessary
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain diagnoses and treatment plans to patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
