Job SummaryWe are a Private Pediatric Dental clinic that is thriving and growing! Due to this growth, our clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice part-time (Thursday-Friday). Our Practice is NOT affiliated with any DSO. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for pediatric patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to provide preventative services to pediatric patients. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction while adhering to the highest standards of infection control and aseptic techniques.
Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software using Dentrix Ascend.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Implement infection control protocols in accordance with industry standards.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
Residency in Pediatric Dentistry from Accredited Program.
Valid state dental license with no disciplinary actions.
Proficiency in using dental software Dentrix Ascend, is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a compassionate manner.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
