Job Description

We are a family dental office located in Balch Springs and Mesquite and Garland Texas, and we are currently seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a strong interest in learning orthodontics.
The ideal candidate will have a starting hourly wage of $16-20, commensurate with experience, and a working knowledge of orthodontics would be a plus. The position requires a 5-day work week, totaling 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities of this role include assisting in all aspects of dental office operations, taking diagnostic intra-oral, panoramic, complete and bitewing radiographs, conducting effective patient interviews, evaluating medical histories, explaining dental procedures, and reviewing treatment plans. The candidate must be passionate about patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and work well as part of a team.
The minimum requirements for this position include Expanded Functions certification, computer competency, the ability to work in a professional environment, and availability to work 32-40 hours per week. The ability to speak Spanish fluently is a must.
