Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Proficiency in scheduling software and office tools.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service is a plus.
Preferred: Knowledge of dental terminology and patient scheduling processes.
Preferred: Knowledge of dental insurance.
