Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Biller with dental insurance knowledge to join our team. Experienced in claims processing is a must for our growing office locations. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental procedures, terminology along with dental billing and coding, ensuring accurate and timely processing of dental claims, pre-authorizations and A/R reports.
Candidate must be able to work in the office. This is not a remote position.
Reception requirements:
-Able to multi-task with all phases of dental practice while keeping strong attention to details
- Review and verify insurance eligibility with accuracy of billing data- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies- Proficiency in medical and dental terminology, ADA coding, and medical records- Knowledge of dental office procedures and billing software systems- Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing issues
Insurance Biller:
- Processing and entering insurance payments
- Understand insurance contracts and explanation of benefits- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe - Experience with dental collection practices- Maintaining account reports and updates regularly- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with insurance companies and patients
- Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.41 - $24.83 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
