Job Description
Position: Front Desk Associate
We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our teams in Portsmouth!
Perform and oversee all aspects of reception for a pediatric dental facility; answering multi-phone systems, scheduling appointments, patient engagement, verifying dental insurances, familiar with dental terminology, treatment planning, collecting co-payments.
Dental job experience -- Experience using Dental Software Dentrix is a strong plus!
This is a very fast-paced position so multi-tasking and great attention to detail are a must.
Must be friendly and love working with children

Willing to commute to other offices of the practice

Compensation: $16-$20/hr Based on Experience

Minimum 1-year experience in a medical/dental office
Experience with Dentrix software preferred.
